IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- You can add to your registration even after completing and paying for your registration under the following circumstances:
- You want to add a companion to your original single deposit
- You want to select A la carte items for a family member or guest (Not available to members)
- You wish to add additional pre-post nights
- You want to pay an outstanding balance following new selections
To get back to update your registration, you only need to go on the website and click on Login at the top right of the Menu bar. Then enter your 9-digit Skål ID or your 13-digit alphanumeric Skål Code, go into your email inbox to retrieve the secure code and enter it where requested. - A la carte items for a companion (spouse or guest) can be added at a later time, even after your final payment has been processed. (NOTE: You cannot cancel or delete any transactions. These can only be processed upon request to the Congress Coordinator (click here) and are subject to the posted cancellation clauses on the congress website.)
- The dress code for the congress is business or smart casual, and Skal Attire. The Saturday closing party is themed for casual fun.
- There is a new reservation procedure! You will complete your registration for your CONGRESS PORTION only. If you are an Early Bird (Deposit in May 2024) the balance for the Congress Only portion is due January 31, 2025.

You will book your own reservation for the ENTIRE STAY of your choosing. The Congress rate is available for 3 pre nights April 28, 29, 30 / Congress nights May 1, 2, 3 / 3 post nights May 4, 5, 6. The pre/post nights are subject to availability so book early. You will be asked for a 1-night deposit and pay your room balance at checkout.
